Our Electrostatic Precipitators are built with a strong, long-lasting, and sleek all-metal housing engineered to effectively remove grease and smoke from commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Operating on the principle of electrostatic precipitation, these units efficiently eliminate smoke, grease, mist, and other airborne particles while maintaining a low pressure drop for optimal airflow performance.

Within the durable metal enclosure, a Prefilter, Electrostatic Cell, and Postfilter are arranged sequentially. Contaminated air is pulled in by an external blower and first passes through a washable metal mesh prefilter that captures larger dust particles. The air then flows through the electrostatic cell, where fine particles such as oil, smoke, and grease are collected. Finally, the cleaned air exits through the postfilter.
Solid particles accumulate on the electrostatic cells until they are washed away during maintenance. Liquid contaminants are directed into a bottom collection tray for easy drainage. For convenient servicing, all internal components can be smoothly slid out through a side access door. The control box, containing all electrical components, is mounted on the same side door, allowing easy access for routine inspection and cleaning.
